Myrtle Street Apartments

I have been living here for nearly two years and the washer and dryers have been broken the whole time. I also had my car window smashed in and had to replace my steering column because someone tried to steal it from the back parking lot. Easily the worst place I've lived in. Not worth the $1500+ for a one bedroom in Atlanta.

Don't live here unless you have a high tolerance for listening to loud neighbors all the time. Management does not care if your neighbors force you to listen to bass/music/tv/stomping. My neighbors pick for me which room is usable and when. Your experience will depend totally on who you live next to and you'll be lucky if management even answers any concern of yours. Also, constant crime in the parking lot. Broken car windows, porch pirates, catalytic converters, etc.

Myrtle is a charming little apartment community in the middle of Midtown. The location cannot be beat. I have friends who have lived here for years and refuse to move because they love it so much.

When I met with the leasing agent she informed me that the rent was $1499 which is way too much and you have to pay all utilities not only that there are no amenities whatsoever no pool no gym nothing..🤣😒😒
