Full disclosure, I visit my boyfriend there so I don’t live there but it’s honestly been a nightmare visiting. No heat in the winter, no AC in the summer, no sense of urgency and very poor communication from Keagan . Had to make a case with Mecklenburg code enforcement, as the company itself won’t even let him break the lease and had no urgency to resolve the issue until my partner mentioned turning to Mecklenburg county for assistance. Suddenly now after all this time they’re eager to fix it 🫣 also not to even mention the car towing issues and parking, forget any social events or Thanksgiving dinner with your family

I'm currently living in a condo maintained by My Home Leasing. So far it has been a negative experience. On my move-in date the agent was unresponsive (was later told she was on vacation but still told me she would be providing me with information to get into my unit on that date), delaying my move-in. I had movers that I was paying. Also at move-in the unit was not clean, so I had to stop moving in and their team had to come back and clean and remove old items. Some of the stuff is still here, and things definitely didn't get cleaned how they should have. Things you wouldn't expect not to work just don't work. The strings on the blinds are in knots, rendering them unusable. The floor is uneven. The fridge and freezer don't stay completely shut due to the uneven floor, causing the freezer

Just read all of the reviews before mine. This company is horrible. Terrible communication, unit came with so many problems it's hard to even keep count and the realtor Keagan has shown no urgency in fixing the issues. The ac didn't work in the summer and was insanely hot, the garbage disposal has needed repairs twice, the light fixtures work half of the time and now the heat doesn't work. I put in a request on November 11th about my heater and it still isn't fixed on December the 1st. Woke up to 53 degrees in my unit and am having to stay at a friends. Mentioned potential mold and wasn't even addressed until I brought it up a second time. I've rented in Charlotte for 13 years and this is the only company I can firmly say does not care about you or your living conditions.

Very bad experience with MyHomeLeasing. I applied to rent one of their houses and was assisted by agents Matt and Anna. After submitting my application and paying the $75 fee, I was asked for a document I didn’t have at that moment. I contacted Anna to ask if there was any alternative or another document I could provide so my application wouldn’t be affected. She said she would speak with the owner and get back to me, but I never heard from her again. More than a month went by with no response. I even went to their office in person, and they told me to contact the agent directly. Since then, both agents have completely ignored my messages and calls. I’m not upset about being denied, I have every right to be rejected. What is unacceptable is being ignored and left without any response as

Avoid leasing with them at all costs. Owner TJ is non responsive and dismissive of serious issues on top of it it taking months to complete initial repairs after move in. Any interaction with them has been unprofessional and after interacting with the owner it is clear the problem starts at the top. Lease with them at your own risk.
