Matthew and the team at MyHomeCLT went out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible process when my wife and I bought our home. They were personable, available, and always willing to help and answer questions whenever possible. This was our first time buying a home, and with the help of Matthew and his team it went swimmingly. His knowledge of the legalities and processes was critical to a rapid and efficient closing that ultimately led to a final closing that took mere minutes with no surprises. If ever we were to have to buy another home, I would not hesitate to utilize these professionals. Luckily, because of their efforts, we don’t foresee the need to ever find a new home.

Me and my husband just had our first rental property and also worst experience for trusting the wrong management group . Everything was okay till Matt and his management start to charge us everything for random fees like we didn’t even have any choice when it comes to option or opinion . Money keep getting deducted out of our month payment , his maintenance team services charge was off the roof and very unreasonable. We felt like we were taking advantage and it seem like they always take the tenant side , and I know they also into realtor and selling to our tenant . But that’s not fair for us being the home owner and first time renting from our hard work to be stolen and taken advantage like this . BECAREFUL WITH THEM .

Matt and Heidi were great. I listed my home Nov 21 2024 and sold it March 23 2025, had a bidding war and got more than the asking price making it the highest sale in my complex of over 100 condos I’d highly recommend My Home Realty

I must say I wanted to put a review in before I travel overseas. My experience leasing a property as. Co-signer for my kids was an easy process. Heidi was very professional and made it possible. My only disappointment is that the communication after giving the deposit was zero in terms of the owners future communication with us. I understand that Heidi did state they are not managing the property but I think the owner should have relayed more information on how future payments should be made to Heidi so she would have had something to tell us. Needless to say we move in tomorrow hoping everything goes well and on time. Thanks again and big Kudos to Heidi & Kaitlyn
