They don’t take care of their properties. One of their rent houses has been empty for about 4 months. They still have trash everywhere in their back yard. They have a roach infestation at that property since then and I have spent hundreds of dollars on pest control to keep the roaches away. They affect the people around their rental properties and they don’t care. Be aware if you rent from them. They probably won’t care about keeping the house in living conditions.

If you want to continuously be hung up on by his office staff, rent from this guy. Other names he does business as is MJH LLC. Very unprofessional man who hires very unprofessional individuals. You’d be better off homeless than renting a property from Malcolm Hall.

I'm so happy with this company. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. If you're looking to move and don't want to deal with nightmare people, this is the place you wanna lease thru!

Only reason I'm even giving one star is to write this. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had renting a house. I've done ALL of the fixtures. Hardly a penny is spent in home repair then they get upset with you when you tell them you've spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix the problems yourself. I dont ever recommend renting from this place. MY BASEMENT IS FULL OF MOLD AND WATER!!!! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THIS

Outstanding Service, Great personal, Would recommend very Highly if you need either rental Or Warehouse units, Been serving the OKC area since late 70's, Still Best company.
