The lady who assisted us was very disrespectful, her passive aggressiveness was very unprofessional. I was there translating for my parents who only speak Spanish and I was very unpleased with her willingness to cooperate. I don’t know if she had a bad day or something but that still doesn’t justify her behavior. At the end of the day we didn’t get the vehicle’s title and will not be going there again! :)

Great service from the staff, the fee was what I expected. However, there were fees and taxes over $650 from the state (car purchase and title transfer) and the ATM fees were 3% of the total so I paid $19.00 in ATM fees. This is like being mugged.... Legally (?)

I went to title a car. They were very disorganized. Didn’t know all which paper work was needed to title car. Did vin inspection, they wrote down wrong vin, so had to take vehicle back twice. Still no title. Been back 4 times, no title. Worst mvd in Albuquerque

They pretty much couldn't help me until tomorrow even though they had an hour til close. Not there fault dmv closes at 430

It's ok but they seem to be out of stuff and every time I ask for some up they seem rude I go to hobby lobby for most of my stuff now cheaper.
