Do not trust this company. They are collecting rental application fees and immediately telling you that you are declined after payment. Application fees scammers. Also, highly unprofessional and unresponsive to general communications regarding rentals. Low quality rentals with high quality requirements…that they aren’t checking anyways. Save your time and money and go with a real property management company.

Mutter Realty, and especially Lori Cubbege :) my realtor for our dream home, has been the most responsive, johnny on the spot for anything and everything needed through the process. I cannot reccomend Lori Cubbege and Mutter Realty enough. Great Job !!!!!

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional! They like to discuss business over text messages and curse at their clients in FRONT of the manager! They are racist & extremely unprofessional. I’ve never in life had to deal with such unprofessional people about finding a home. After I was approved they began questioning my income & other irrelevant things. Once trying to move forward with all of my personal calls getting ignored I called the companies phone & was able to reach dawn almost immediately. She vividly told me that she indeed was ignoring my phone call. Instead of working to find me a home she worked as an interrogation officer telling me my income ‘barely’ met requirements but I was approved the day before. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Minimal work for maximum reward on their end, while I had to hound and nag for information and things to get completed. If you’re looking for guidance in this process this isn’t the company for you. We were lured in on the promise of a team managing the sale and marketing of our home. Since this was a last minute move for us, we thought this would be the best decision. Well, we only got the most incompetent member of the team handling our sale- at one point she had to revise a document 4 times until I finally marked it up myself on a screenshot from my phone and sent it to her. Knowing we needed a quick sale you would think they’d only let pre-approved buyers see the home- but anyone with a pulse was given an appointment, even after we asked that only pre-approved buyers be allowed to see
