Mustang Village owners goal is to make as much money as they can from students and their parents. Examples 1) if you leave your apartment an hour later than on the lease, they will bill you for another month. 2) We paid rent till end of the month, they sneaked in a clause to penalize us an extra month's rent if we leave at the end of our lease. the clause wants us to leave a week before our lease ends!! I paid for a year, so I should not be tricked / penalized!!
