Museum Park Apartments

My experience with Norberto is always good; I've been waiting over 2 months to do my laundry due to the raccoons getting into the laundry room ONCE AGAIN!!! But that's not Norberto's fault. The management isn't doing their job; they should have a way to keep them out for good. I don't drive, so I have to pay for transportation to and from a laundromat as well as pay their prices

I love my apartment. With the new management staff we have now is really doing a great job with safety in and around the building, very friendly with the tenants, clean decorated lobby, she has from time to time coffee and donuts in community room. It can be a nice place to live

Bed bugs after sprays for them. Maintaining is slow and they hire people that have no clue. Not recomended. Ac continues to go off and maintenance hasn't a clue how it works . Very old system. The fans never get cleaned and they do not replace filters

I called last week about available apartments and spoke with Jazz and came down today to drop off my application and check out the building. I'd like to say that I was impressed. Jazz was friendly and professional on the phone and even more so in person. The building looked very clean. Jazz showed me around and answered any questions that I had. I noticed that the building had good air quality with good ventilation. Unlike some buildings that are hot and stuffy. While there I also met some of the residents in the hallways whom I struck up conversations with and I thought would be friendly neighbors. I'm hoping that very soon I can start calling Museum Park Apartments home.
