Muse Apartments

Matthew was excellent! My wife and I came in to look at apartment options for our daughter. He met us at the front door and immediately began reviewing the available units with us. He gave us a tour of the various units and the amenities available to all residents. He answered all of our questions and even though he covered a considerable amount of information in a short span of time, we never felt rushed. He is a great resource. We are excited about our daughter’s future at Muse and are looking forward to working with Matthew and his staff. Kudos Matthew!

One standout great thing here is the maintenance team. Both Mario and Jay have been great help to my wife and I whenever we have needed them. They’re very courteous, professional, and have made our time here very comfortable.

Convenient location close to almost everything midtown and downtown including Thunder games!! Property is secure, clean, well lit, pet friendly, and lobby is very welcoming with a high end feel and smells like a spa! I appreciate the extra amenities like the complimentary yoga with Dejah Allen every Thursday at 6:30. Mats are provided and Dejah is so friendly and knowledgeable. The flow is gentle and appropriate for all yogi levels. She does a great job making us feel comfortable, explaining poses, and teaching us the names of each pose too. I enjoy the music, the me time, and meeting residents. Just one example of how management goes above and beyond the expected norm.

Had a great experience viewing these apartments. The amenities, the lobby, the interior touches were really well done. None of the apartments have carpet which I loved and the outdoor pool is heated!! Yassssss!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Horrible experience. Building is new so it comes off appealing, but don’t let it fool you. Management is absolute garbage, they’re snarky, rude, dismissive and could not care less about their tenants. No security on site, doors don’t work half the time allowing anyone and everyone to access the building as well as the mail room with all your packages. Halls always smell like animal pee and weed. Cheap materials inside the apartment— expect the toilet seat to break almost immediately. Super thin walls and they don’t care about noise complaints. There is almost always an issue with the building that goes on for awhile (ie: fire alarm going off for hours on end in the middle of the night, electrical issues where you won’t have power for days with little to no transparency on restoration or ac
