Muse Apartments

It has been 4 years since I moved here, and this is my first apartment. The landlady, Jamera, has taken great care of the time I have lived here. She is a sweet, honest, kind, and friendly woman who loves to throw parties for her tenants, which is always fun! The neighbors do vary, but it's the people that make it safe, homey, and friendly! As a disabled adult, I had no issue going to my lovely landlady with an issue like my AC is out or having fun at her parties! I will be forever grateful for Jamera and her crew!

I enjoyed my tour with Jamera. She told me everything I needed and what was required. I would recommend this apartment complex. Ed is a joy and Nykea had a great attitude.

I really appreciate our staff manager, Jamera Adam’s. She go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and always take the time to work with residents through any obstacles. She is very professional, kind, and truly care about the people living here. It makes a huge difference having a manager who listens and helps find solutions. Thank you for all that you do!!!

It has only been 3 days and I am emotionally distraught. I was told that I could basically be homeless because I requested a discount because my apartment was not ready to move in on the move-in date. There was dust and construction supplies around when I got my keys. None of my cabinet doors are on, My stove is missing a burner and my locks are loose. I was told to pay the pro-rated rent even though my apartment was not ready to move in. The way this is going I could not see myself renewing or suggesting anybody else live here. Awful management experience.

My tour was wonderful Mr.Ed was great and provided me with everything I needed to know about the community.
