Murray Place

Rhodell Brewery is one of the best in the country! I've been to so many breweries around this great country and tried many beers but you will not find a better selection of high quality beers anywhere else!

Best apartment that I've ever rented so far. The place is very well managed and looks very nice!

Can't give enough praise about the team at Aristo and Murray Place. They are excellent in all they do. I was a tenant for a short period and was amazed and surprised at each interaction with them... when the building was not ready for me to move in, they put me up in a hotel, when I needed to leave my leave early they worked with me. The quality of their renovation is top notch and their rent is very fair. I was very lucky to be a tenant. Awesome work! Way to add value to this city!

Very nicely renovated warehouse district building which now houses Rhodell Brewery as well as some modern loft style apartments. It's important to preserve these historic Peoria buildings and bring them back as a vibrant part of the community once again. The Murray Building, once the Stuber Building and now Murray Place, is an integral part of the Warehouse district redevelopment along with the Winkler Meats, Sealtest.and other historic structures.

Awesome place and great access to the beautiful River valley. Fabulous staff...highly recommend these apartments.
