Jake, Tyler and Melissa worked a miracle for me. I was on a very short time frame to sell my home and purchase a condo in Wisconsin. My house was listed within a week, and sold (with two offers) within two weeks. Great work! My only suggestion would be that it would have been beneficial to have had some representation at the closing. I believe the process with the title company could have gone much smoother had one of them attended.
