I have been spoiled in the past living @ Great apartment complexes! Murphy’s Farm has gone beyond my expectations! The office staff are the very best!! Very professional, kind and sincere! The property stays well maintained and very clean! There is a very Classy ambiance that comes with living here! I would highly recommend Murphy’s Farm to all that are interested!

Whether you are going downtown for a concert, grocery shopping or dining. We love our unit. The long-range mountain views of Table Rock, Hawksbill and Mount Mitchell are wonderful. The sunsets are spectacular! The deer in the meadows behind us and the coyotes on top of the hay bales are just like living on the nature channel. I live here with my family and I would never recommend this place, in addition to the fact that they increased our rent without prior notice they do not provide a clean environment, we have a small son and outside everything is full of dog shit, and inside the apartments there are cobwebs and animals that enter from each side, although I have mentioned these issues with Logan she does not bother to respond, besides being rude. We are trying to cancel the contract and they ask us for more than $6,000 when they know perfectly why we no longer want to stay here. Logan wants to get money from anywhere he demands silly fines but I don't know worry about cleaning the shit of the dogs and giving a fine for that too.

I wish I could say our time at Murphys farm was pleasant, but it ended up being a pretty rough experience. The staff there was nice, that really wasn’t a problem, but the property itself…well, it was basically a $600 apartment with a pretty coat of makeup made to look expensive. It didn’t take long after moving in to see how poorly made it was. After about a month of living in the apartment our master bathroom shower began to dump our chunks of mold from behind the wall while showering. We had to stop using the shower all together and just use the hallway bathroom that our kids used. Around that time I noticed black stuff shooting up in the master toilet every time I flushed. It would take 5-10 times to flush it all the way down. I cleaned the toilet EVERYDAY, sometimes multiple times a da
