This is the second time I have used Tim and couldn't be more pleased with his expert skills. I was looking to downsize and Tim helped me in purchasing a new home and selling the old home. He guided me through the process and I felt at ease during this whole process. With Tim's hard work, the old home sold quickly. Tim kept me up-to-date on all the transactions and answered all my questions. He is very professional, yet personal; has an inviting personality. My wife and I listed a commercial building with Tim and got half what he said it was worth. We felt pressured to except low ball offers less than half the advertised price. The closing was aggravating as well due to excessive fees and charges. I do not think Tim represents the sellers best interest as a listing agent. I do not recommend Tim be used a listing agent.
