Murphy Park

The apartment next to me had a huge fire so a month or so later the contractors come to rehab it…. The noise is so loud it has knocked pictures off of my wall…. When I called the office to asked the time frame The gentleman in the office was very snappy….Saying he don’t have a time frame and that I should take plan B and do what ever I needed to do and that they can’t stop them from working witch is understandable BUT I have to live here and I feel like I should have been notified of such things when it’s going to cause me my sanity…. I just wanted to know a time frame…On behalf of Murphy Park He should have been apologizing for what I am dealing with but instead he gave me all attitude ….. WOW

I stopped by on the 8th of December inquiring about availability on a two-bedroom. Everyone in the office was so nice and very informative so nice to the point I did fill out an application. I paid the fees and I also put down the hundred dollars to hold a unit. As of today's date I haven't heard from anyone regarding my application nor have my money been refunded. At this point I'm trying to see how do I get a refund. It's been more than 30 days and I haven't heard from anyone from Murphy Park.

They take forever to fix stuff when you're in public housing and when you Put in work orders.They cancel them.We've been waiting for work orders for 4 years on some! And when you email them they like to ignore your emails. If you wanna live like this, feel free we’ve been having this issue since 2018 and they keep saying there’s nothing wrong! Management is rude and believes their employees not the residents who see the issues every day

Very argumentative sends out bill notices and places them on tenants doors monthly that’s not even accurate. Very inconsiderate. The Property Manager is never available to speak with. Very unprofessional environment.

I moved here during Covid.. when I first got my apartment it was many problems and not move in ready. Didn’t know this until I had everything on my U-Haul truck. I filled out a packet of all the things that was wrong with my apartment and they told me they would fix on it. 5 years later and nothing is getting fixed. No new blinds, my bathroom sink pant has chipped away 🤦🏾‍♀️ they finally came and resprayed my bathtub. My vents are cluttered and they won’t clean them out. Can’t feel the ac upstairs. They ordered me a new refrigerator and told me I had to wait over two weeks for it and I told them I can’t wait that long. They told me if they take a refrigerator out another unit that I wouldn’t get the new one. They end up giving my new refrigerator to someone else. I wonder who that was. My
