I love Murietta at ASU! The location is great. The Manager Dalia and Assistant Manager Angel are always so nice to speak with whenever I'm in the office. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a home 😁

Nice, quiet, and safe community. This well-kept home offers ample space with bright common areas, comfortable bedrooms, and lots of storage. It’s just minutes from the university, with easy access to transit, bike routes, and everyday essentials like groceries, cafés, and parks. The kitchen is practical and roomy, and there’s a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space for relaxing or studying. Off-street and nearby street parking are convenient, and the neighborhood is respectful with calm evenings–great for focused work and restful nights. Ideal for students or professionals who value space, convenience, and a peaceful environment.

This is a decent apartment complex. And the price is affordable. The management and maintenance are responsive to my calls when needed. The access to Tempe locations is , of course, excellent. The complex is humble and basic, but nice enough that it doesn't feel like i have to be worried about my safety when walking through the parking lot at night. There is ample parking, and the units are kept up by a kind and friendly maintenance crew. Access to the apartments surprisingly include both a back and front exit, even on top floors. This is great and unusual, but a very nice feature when you need to slip out the opposite door to avoid any undesired encounters. Living at Murietta ASU has been one of the worst experiences. The maintenance guy, Dawny, is a scammer and a creep. He demanded money for maintenance work that should have been covered, stalked my apartment, and shockingly, even took pictures of my family on his phone without permission. That’s invasive and completely unacceptable. He also ran to the leasing office with false claims that I had extra people living with me. To top it off, the receptionist is consistently rude and dismissive. Management needs to step in — Dawny should be fired immediately. Tenants deserve safety and respect, not harassment and shady behavior.

I lived here for 2 years. Most pathetic service. The gym has a missing dumbell for 1.5 years and treadmill is old and dangerous - got electric shocks few times. No gym towels too. They'd not answer your emails 90% of the times. Service people are nice though. They'd fix any repairs soon Good luck with your deposit upon leaving. If any appliance has to be repaired, they'd mostly try their best to replace the whole unit and charge you full while not letting you keep the old unit. I was charged 250$ for the microwave handle which was intact when I returned the keys - I have the photo proof too.
