Munroe Place Apartments

I recently ended my 15 months lease in my cozy, modern place with Munroe Place due to work changes. While happy for my future, it was tough to leave behind a wonderful apartment community like Munroe Place. Andre, the leasing consultant that assisted me with everything, is professional yet down-to-earth. Working with someone that is welcoming makes a difference and the office organized GREAT community events each month. Although I never had ANY maintenance issues, Matt is excellent on servicing for a basic request like replace a stove light as well as routine maintenance performed for all units. This might sound weird but the room for the trash chute was ALWAYS keep clean and refreshed.  That mattered to me!  It was NEVER gross; how they keep that level of care up for so many residents nee

Nice lease! GREAT LOCATION AND PEOPLE!!! Matt and Andre are greatly helpful. Once I saw Andre checking out if basement water leak during the heavy rain in the middle of night. I don’t know how he does that but Matt always responds to me immediately every time we have small problems.

This is still a very nice place in Quincy Center. The building is safe secure. We are on our second year here. Andre and Michelle helped us big with a nice experience locking down our new lease. Both Andre and Michelle in the office have always been very helpful whenever we have had to reach out for anything. Whenever we need them they are always there for us. Also the building is always kept very clean. The gentleman that takes care of that is always kind and does a great job. Maintenance is also top notch here. Matt always gets any issues taken care of quickly. Another reason we like it here is that Munroe Place doesn't charge extra for water or charge a fee for the package room amenity service. We like the garage here too and it is well maintained. Keep up the good work !

I moved into the Munroe Place about a month ago and recently submitted a maintenance request. I have to say, the service has been superb! Matt is amazing—he provided excellent service, kept me informed, and even reached out to confirm before entering my unit. He also followed up once the work was completed. I’m so happy to be part of this community—and we’re lucky to have Matt! 5 stars for sure 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our 2 bedroom Apartment was very clean and spacious. ALL the staffs were super friendly and helpful. Maintenance request are resolved super day or next day latest. Starbucks right below and red line across the street. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for space to stay
