Munger Court Apartments

The Munger Court Apartments is under new ownership and management. They have been but hospitable to me. It is a great property to live at. I love it here and the people that keep it going.

Worst apartments to live in of my life! From roaches to cars getting broken into to the gate never opening and keep in mind we never got a clicker to open a “gated parking lot”. We only lived here for what was supposed to be 12 months but were given a move out date for almost 13 months. When we asked for our contract multiple times management was supposedly never available and it disappeared in our portal (what a coincidence) In the time of our stay we went through about six different leasing agencies that took over this property…so that in itself says a lot. The AC in our room never fully worked. Our apartment always smelled like cigarettes. Our faucet sink never worked and was so rusted! When maintenance finally came (once only) to fix it they changed management and we never got a fully

Lived here for 4 years. Current PM is Tarantino Properties. trying to get hustled with a 2nd price increase. Received offer letter for 12 month renewal (with rent increase). Accepted offer. No response or communication. Went to office and spoke in person to accept the offer and get resolution. No response. Fast forward to nearly 2 months later and new offer letter hanging on door (with higher rent increase than 2 months ago). Really sad that I am in a stupid situation due to shady business practices despite having already accepted new terms.

Munger Court is a fantastic property. Love it here. Such good job maintaining property and such ease living here
