Do NOT rent a property from Ms. Tanner. We deeply regret doing so. The property was poorly maintained, and she withheld half of our security deposit! None of the charges added up, made sense, or even were shown to us. She told us the owner was in California, then said she wasn't the property manager, yet she took care of issues on the property, including a new side gate. I was charged for a new gate after we completed our lease, masked as a different cleaning charge. We are going to pursue this obvious cash grab through legal channels.
