Muirfield Village Apartments

Do NOT move to Muirfield Village Apartments. I’ve lived here for 5 years, and this place has only gotten worse. There are roach infestations, water leaks, holes in the ceilings, and mold around the windows. Maintenance is poor, and many issues are ignored or temporarily patched instead of fixed. The windows don’t hold temperature, so the apartment feels just as hot or cold as it is outside. Paying close to $2,300 a month for these conditions is unreasonable. This complex feels unsafe, poorly managed, and overpriced. I would not recommend Muirfield Village Apartments to anyone. Safety is a major and ongoing concern at Muirfield Village Apartments. Car break-ins happen regularly, leaving residents constantly worried about their property. Gun violence occurs almost every month, and there are

Best apartment complex!! Such a kind community of people. Maintenance has always responded promptly to all concerns. Management knows the residents and takes great pride in the way the grounds and units are maintained. Plus the location is close to anything in North Raleigh.

I lived here for years. It's a nice quiet place where residents show respect to each other. It's also pet friendly!

Amazing community! Jenna and Sarah in the office are amazing and always extremely helpful. This community is run very well and my wife and myself are happy to be a part of it. Brandon and Brian are an awesome maintenance team. Very fast and efficient. If there is an issue you don’t have to wait long at all to have it repaired. We signed our second lease here and can see us living here for a long time. Property is very clean and quiet. Perfect location!

I have been living here at Muirfield apts for almost nine years now. It's been such a pleasure and home for me. I still can't believe it's been that long.... everyone here at the office, Jenna , the manager is super nice and great! Sarah is very sweet to talk too. Their 2 main maintenance guys are awesome. They do need to upgrade some things like having a washer/ dryer in each apt and upgrading kitchen cabinets, appliances. But still I can't imagine living anywhere else. It's a beautiful complex with trees, scenery, everything is walking distance. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live here.
