Mueller Place

Mgt does what THEY want ,I moved the 1st week due to sewage water at Wellington . Pushed my family here Rats,roaches,mice infestation beware!! Management(Rebekka and Letzy) knows and will send sticky pads right on over to fix it all or ignore you until you cant stand the pests crawling on you or your family at night. Sewage water backs up weekly into the bathtub sink and then overflows , maintenance only unclogs one unit of all the bottoms units flooding and leaves crap all thru your home walls and personal items .. then the kicker pours it out right where all the kids play on the side of the apartment to get them sick. I received my mail key finally after "asking and I guess bugging" the manager at the time Sammi, then letzy replaced him then rebekka replaced her. All 3 failed to give

My residence at Mueller Place began approximately 7 months ago. I’ve experienced many variations of management issues and tenant behavior. The history here is loosely defined by the actions of others. My focus is on the present and the achievements that will bring myself and future tenants security and satisfaction within our home.

Very quiet. Lots of cats in the breezeway. They all seemed friendly but they wouldn't let me pet them, so that makes me sad face.

They need to step up on their maintenance
