Mueller Flats Apartments

It’s 4 in the morning. Loud music has been going since 7pm. 4 IN THE MORNING! Bugs everywhere, read the other reviews before you move here. We were told we would be put on a list for a pest company to come around, never happened - we’ve been here for almost 2 months. Sewer flies, and both kinds of roaches, THE DAY WE MOVED IN - still an issue. Visible water damage in the unit we’re in, looks like a plumbing leak from the apartment above. Bathtub was PAINTED, with what looks like latex paint…which popped and peeled with the first shower taken. Whoever painted, rolled on 4 layers at once, all of the cabinets stick, all of the doors stick, accent wall paint is on the non-accent walls. Windows are so thin, the mariachi music across the street sounds like it’s in your bedroom with you, AT AL

For the love of god, do NOT rent here. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If nothing else, look at the pictures I’ve attached. Now, on to the review! Notice all the “5 star” reviews are only a couple words? Apt management incentivizes people to leave those…Cockroaches, check! (Picture attached). Homeless people camping for days outside your apt within the complex over the weekend while apt staff are gone, check! (Picture attached). Feces, homeless people, and god knows what in the laundry rooms, check. (Pictures attached). Used condoms laying around, check. (Picture attached). This is a great location for the price! I see myself walking more since theres so many stores and restaurant near by. Target is across the street, so whenever i need something, i can just walk there. The staff has also been real nice and helpful when trying to sign a lease here. They kept in touch with me through the whole process. I highly recommend moving here if you’re looking for an apartment in a good area thats also not that pricey! I'm a few months in and so far it's been great! Thank you

I have been living here for almost 3 weeks and so far the customer service provided by the leasing team has been great. The apartments are within reasonable prices and im glad for all the help from Chris to get me in ASAP to my new place. There are a few minor maintenance issues when moving in but Chris made sure it was taken care of immediately.

I went to them because of false advertisement on Facebook. Well I found out it was false advertisement after applying. These apartments are a complete rip off. When applying here they do not tell you your deposit is non refundable at all during the process they tell you they're going to work with you as far as move in. Toni that doesn't work there any longer the weekend after I applied told me I don't have to pay for application fees nor the Administrative fees if I apply that same day. Put in a code for discount and everything after putting my debit card info into the system. I asked would I be charged she said no. I asked her do you prorate rent and she said yes. I asked her how much deposit would be and she said it would be depending on if I was approved and everything would be prorated
