Mueller Crossing

I recently moved out of Mueller crossing after about 2.5 years, and I can't imagine having a worse experience than my last year or so at the apartment. I was without hot water for months despite submitting several maintenance requests. Good luck to whoever is living in unit 120 right now. I had awful water pressure for over a year, and their solution was to send a maintenance worker into my apartment every few weeks to clear out the calcium buildup in all of my fixtures rather than spend the money to properly fix the water heater that the apartments share. The plumbing issues made the apartment pretty unlivable for weeks at a time. I thought my dishwasher was broken, but I'm pretty sure it was a water pressure issue in hindsight. Resident at Mueller Crossing for 2.5 years. I don't work for the management company and this is a completely unsolicited testimonial. I'd like to address some of the older reviews here. Shortly after I moved in (mid 2023) there was a final change in management company (to ResProp) and conditions started improving quickly. Is it perfect? No. It's still a 50+ year old complex, although the remodel in my unit is very nice. I'd still rate it among my top apartment rental experiences (of which there are many). Specifically, the complaints about the parking lot, drainage, the pool, and (in my experience) pest control have been addressed and mitigated. I lived here for almost 1.5 years and have seen 3-4 different management companies come through. The first one was great and responsive and so were the second ones. The last company and current managers/owners have been less than desirable. They are marketing the property as “luxury” but they have neglected issues that they claim to want to fix. The pool has been chained off and left uncleaned since they took ownership. The dog park is continually disgusting with zero emails to residents. The parking lot has more holes than Swiss cheese! Also the fact that the front of the property has been completely ignored beyond “landscapers” coming once to barely do anything. The maintenance guy tries his best with what he has but without resources, he’s left powerless to help. This place is not lux

Mueller Crossing has some really cool modern apartments and it feels like a community. It also has people who work there that truly care about your experience. Modern homes with helpful staff is all I need. I think it’s a hidden gem !!

I recently moved in here, and am loving it. The townhome-style floor plans are perfect for working from home.A great location near groceries, restaurants, walking trails, surrounded by bike lanes, and convenient bus stop (20 goes straight downtown!) The recently remodeled interiors, and a cute courtyard and amenity area improvements make for a perfect day of cooling off in the pool or having a cookout with friends or neighbors. Overall I'm loving this little community so far. The management staff have been super friendly and helpful in making me feel welcome.
