DO NOT move here if you're young with kids. The apartment owner will pick with you until you want to leave. She got my friends car towed when it had a sticker on it and 3 days prior to that she had just called and asked her if it was her car and told her it was OK being there. (all because the tire was flat) They will make you pay or say something to you about damages that were already there before you moved in. The maintenance rushes their job (cabinet fell off the wall and almost hit me and my kid) when maintenence does a job they leave nails and dirt all over the floor for your kids to pick up and dirt for you to clean up. (multiple people in these aparmenets say the same thing)

Isn’t willing to work with us, only wants things to be done her way. We were waiting for months to even get a call back and then a month of appointments that she would constantly get our hopes up for the apartment. Seems like it shouldn’t be on us for not getting the employee verification on time since we got ignored. Big waste of time in my opinion. Doesn’t really know how to work with younger people. So would not recommend if you are a young family trying to get your first place.

Literally sitting in the office where you can hear the phone ringing but will not answer your phone call.
