Mt Baldy Apartments

I live at Mount Baldy Apartments recently anyways. The management is pretty bad. So if they don't tell you that the pipes freeze in the winter. Then they charge you $5,000 2 get it fixed. It's not the best apartment complex. But I guess it's there is a reason that it is affordable living. The neighbors around here are really nosey it gets on my nerves. The managers and the maintenance don't give a damn about you.

I've lived at the Mt. Baldy Apartments for a few years. They have had over 10 managers since I first moved here, each one worse than the the one before. The current manager (as of 1/23/13) lives on site and is NEVER in the office. Literally, every day for the past 2 weeks I have looked and it is closed. I mean really, you live on site. How hard can it be to walk across the street to your office for a few hours? Every time you call with a problem, her response is "Well I'm not in the office right now..." Don't move here. They don't care about you.

Not the best place to live. They keep raising rent although it is "affordable living". I told the manager that the tire swung would break. 1 month later it wasnt fixed and a kid fell off when it broke.
