Mountain View Duplexes

Great place to live if you want to say goodbye to any security deposit, enjoy dealing with a flooded parking lot every time it rains hard, and deal with frequent irritating texts and emails from property manager who seemingly lives to complain. Not to mention rents going up every year, snow packed parking lot in the winter and trains constantly going by right next to the complex. Don't move here unless you have too.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived at. If I had not gotten a house, I would still be there. I've lived in both the one bedroom units, as well as the two bedroom units, and also rented a single car garage during my time there. The staff here have always been really nice and pleasant to talk to. They have been remodeling the rooms as they became available, for the past 2 years. The remodels look great and the rent is fair. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

This property is owned and managed by American Capital Realty Group out of Santa Ana, CA, and if you pull them up on Google Maps you'll see the majority of their reviews are 1-star. Also, anyone who takes this company to court, I will gladly provide testimony. // Company has a history of greedy and questionable business ethics, beginning with their scapegoated 68pg residential leases along with their 58pg renewals. This is one of those company types where their corporate culture of trying to get away with as much as possible at the expense of their tenants, starts at the top and is promoted all the way down to their regional managers. Rent increases are tied to their short leases, can be ginormous and largely unwarranted, and appear to be aimed at forced moveouts - the number of U-Hauls/Pe

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at-owned by a huge, corrupt housing company from San Bernardino California, they love to break both federal and state laws to illegally charge you extra money. Unless of course, you pay all your rent months in advance, and only then do you get left alone for a few months until they devise some scheme to charge you more. Staff is friendly and approachable, love the gym, and a great place to walk around. Right next to the animal shelter, as well! Good, quiet area as long as you have decent neighbors.
