This community is safe and well kept. My neighbors are friendly! I have an incredible value in my apartment living in Mt. Adams. I love Mt. Adams and how close it is to work in downtown. The views are amazing. There are plenty of things to do with Eden Park next door. The Cincinnati Art Museum is close by and many pubs and restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Buses run from your front door to downtown for work or sporting events. It's been 1 year and 4 months since I moved here and I really like my apartment. The area is safe and very clean. Our neighbors are very friendly. The Towne Properties' staff are very responsive and would respond to email quickly and resolve issues as soon as they could. It's all been positive experience for me.

Couldn’t have had a better place to live! Office staff as well as maintenence were always quick to help and incredibly friendly, and after 3 years of living on the hill I had no complaints. Will miss living on the hill!

The office and maintenance staff are helpful and responsive! My neighbors are great, and I have really enjoyed my apartment (to top it off, it was newly renovated just before I moved in).
