Marty is very professional and efficient at what he does. He knows his job well and he will ensure that everything you need him to inspect is inspected. He has a great termite inspector who is a member of his team. He also did an excellent job on a mold inspection. We were able to get the seller to clean up the mold and take care of most additional repairs before we moved in. His prices are reasonable and he will work with you and for you! Great job Marty!!

It was such a pleasure having Marty perform the inspection for our potential home. He is very professional and also just a great person to talk to as he answered so many questions my family and I had. He took his time with the inspection and was extremely thorough and detailed with everything. He did not rush the process which I really appreciated since this was the first time we were buying a property so we're still learning about the process. He also took the time to explain each evaluation in detail and in simpler terms so we could understand the condition of the property/items. What's even more amazing is that he generated the report within just a few days, so you can really tell he is committed to what he does. Excellent work and I would highly recommend him!
