MR Vargas Property Management

READ BEFORE RENTING. This unit was advertised as having central A/C, but after moving in we learned there was no thermostat in the apartment at all. The A/C was controlled from the main house, which we had zero access to. This critical detail was not disclosed before move-in. We were told that whoever lived in the main house would keep the temperature “reasonable.” That did not happen. The thermostat was constantly changed by different occupants, and our apartment was uncomfortable for most of our stay. I contacted Raquel Vargas multiple times regarding the A/C issue and received little to no response. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After moving out, we were still charged for painting, cleaning, and alleged dishwasher repairs.

We loved working with them! They assisted us from start to finish, and the bilingual support in Spanish and English was a big plus. Very professional and friendly.

Great company and friendly staff. Application process is simple and staff guides you through the process. Would rent from them again and would recommend to a friend.
