If I could give a negative I would give this place a -10. The manager does absolutely nothing to help us tenants. He ignores phone calls, voicemails, and maintenance request. The fact he rated himself on here is wild. That should be an absolute red flag. They make the prices ridiculous and keep raising the rent. He never shows up to do anything except hand out increases on rent. He will walk by trash at the complex he manages and ignore it. He does not care about the tenants, issues we have, or actually managing. I am trying to get away from this place as fast as possible. Do not rent from here. They will ignore any issues you submit or call about. I believe he just keeps raising the rent and pocketing money. I wish the owner of the property could see what is really going on. T

I applied for a property and followed up several times by email and phone but never heard back from anyone. The lack of communication was concerning, especially so early in the process. I mean, it’s this hard to reach someone before even signing a lease, it raises serious questions about what the experience would be like as a tenant. Honestly, I’m glad I dodged a bullet.

I’ve had an great experience with MPM. Their team is always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about their tenants. As of right now I can not say anything good about this company. My wife and I paid $45 each to apply for a rental just to see it. They explicitly said on the listing not to call them. 3-4 weeks have passed and we have received no call back or email from them at all. They have not returned any of my voicemails. And the listing has been off the market for about two weeks now. Unprofessional is an understatement. These people seem more like crooks. I will continue to follow up with them.
