It's a commercial real estate office. They manage shopping centers. Very friendly and easy to work with! Holly the receptionist is the happiest person!

Janette is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. She is incompetent and rude, she does not care about her tenants or business she works with, they DO NOT maintain the property’s. There is homeless, vandalism and theft. We have reported it several times and she also called the people that pay rent at the properties lazy. The property is ALWAYS dirty and the plumbing is garbage. Beware if you are going to rent a space from this company as they are toxic.

ONE WORD. INCOMPETENT!!! I rented from one of their clients. It's taken me two weeks just to get a copy of the lease we signed. We haven't been able to get an occupancy permit as a result. Meanwhile they have cashed our checks. There was a huge tree infront of the property blocking it from signage. Our letter of intent stated we wanted the tree cut so we can put up signage. They agreed. After signing the lease they botched and it's been a frustrating episode after another. What business operates without signage? They are unethical and do not care how their owners treat the tenants. I have such regrets leasing from them.
