Please fix your gate, maybe try some WD40 it's disturbing my peace in my new apartment on the other side of the alley. It's driving me and my dog insane.

Extremely loud parking gate has been broken for MONTHS. Terrorizes the entire neighborhood whenever it's used with the loudest, most obnoxious sound. This cannot be within the legal sound ordinance for the neighborhood, and maintenance has done nothing to address it - for months!

Lived here for 4 years, always paid my rent on time. Went on a month to month lease and when I gave a 30 day notice, management billed me one month's rent for not giving a 60 notice (per my lease). My lease expired and they were trying to unlawfully bill me and keep my security deposit. Had to hire an attorney and got my full deposit refunded immediately.

I've moved in about two weeks ago, will update as it goes on: Most of the work put into the building is solid, there's little nicks here and there that tell that the building is old. From what I know extensive work has gone into the building to renovate it. No signs of any pests so hopefully as long as things are clean I wont see anything. There seems to be some issues with the boiler, but management has been very quick to respond to these issues and to address them. No crime noted in the area so far. The nice thing about the construction work is that it's very good at blocking out exterior noise. Traffic on the main street never seems to get through the walls no matter how many cars are going through. Kroger Fresh is a 5 minute walk away too, so that's a great plus.

They have rats. Leaks . Landlords are extremely overbearing and will come into your house when they want. But don't actually actively take care of this place. I would NOT move here. I feel bad for the maintenance man, he tried his best with the little help he gets from management here.
