Mountain View Estates

I live in the community. Personally they're very helpful and kind. They do things in a timely manner. The park is kept up. I feel quite safe here.

I have lived here for 6 and a half years now with no problems.

It would be alright but terrible people and terrible management makes everything fall apart. I've had my car dented and windshield cracked. Loud parties go on until 1/2 in the morning. There used to be security but I haven't seen them as of late. Could be a great place but it seems they have given up.

I have lived in this park for almost 8 years it’s really Peaceful Management it’s really nice and professional Every year they have a reading program for kids where they can Choose books and they provide They also do special events for holidays for kids and families they take the time and giving presents to the children in christmas I think they do a lot for this small community thank you we appreciate you guys

Can Not wait to move. Neighbors have 3, 4, one has 5 small dogs that BARK ALL NIGHT. Mgr. does not do anything. Rules state 1 small dog, why do these people have 4 and 5 on their patio. anyone to care about constant noise from barking dogs ALL NIGHT LONG 12 pm to 5 am. Then all day long.My neighbors are unfriendly, I am white, and quiet,I get no respect from them if I ask them to keep their kids from throwing things in my yard. I now video tape everything, because people LIE. My tapes will prove what a joke this place really has become.
