Mountain View Apartments

You get what you pay for. If you enjoy listening to every step that your upstairs neighbors take then this is the place for you. Do you enjoy smelling your nextdoor neighbors dinner cooking as if you were sitting in the middle of thier kitchen. Water pipes banging in the walls. We have a little earthquake every time some one goes into thier apartment and the 200 pound metal door slams shut. Not to mention Monday through Friday you will be serenaded by the screams of 25 three year olds in the Montessori scream center out back . Luckily the constant flow of traffic on El toro drowns out almost all other sound. And every Monday morning about 5am the property next door gets its parkin lot blown. Lucky

So far, since moving in in January, things have been going smooth. Apartment are nice and staff is nice. The common areas are clean. I like they mop the stairs daily and it smells great. I'm in fourth floor and I like nor having neighbors above me. However when next door neighbors children run or stomp I can hear it well in my unit. I don't mind because I understand this is apartment living. The laundry room is clean. The whole building is new. So all so far looks great. They are good to communicate with in office. I feel safe here. I like the cameras around the property and inside the hallways. Trash gets full fast but they have the truck come often . Very happy to have this opportunity to live here as a single mom.

Not possible to be low income if they are requiring 2x the rent like a normal apartment. If you are low income and have the "Ami" rules then you should not require 2x the rent it defeats the purpose for being a apartment for homeless/low income people. Also the fact that they never reply to emails and also never call back after leaving voicemails is really sad.

No conozco el lugar pero aún me lo recomiendan muy bien espero poder calificar para un nuevo hogar para mí y mi familia se ve genial me gustaría ser parte de esta hermosa comunidad
