Really appreciate Gage and Taylor. They were very patient with me. Answering all my questions. Gage was very thorough with showing me all the available apartments and property which was clean and well maintained. Taylor made the application possess very easy and returned my calls in a timely manner.

I would absolutely NOT recommend moving here, especially if you work from home or are a student looking for someplace quiet to live and study. I moved into this apartment in October 2024. It was fine for a few days, however, I discovered quickly that our downstairs neighbors have a huge 75" TV that they love to blast every single night. My floors were literally vibrating in many instances. We wrote a nice note asking them to turn it down but they just returned it. We filed a complaint with the leasing office, but nothing was done and to this day they continue to blast their television. Ultimately, do not move here if you want peace and quiet in your home. I can hear my next door neighbor close their kitchen cabinet doors and do dishes. I can hear my hard of hearing neighbor bellowing on

This five-star review is purely due to Maria (the apartment manager) and the incredible customer service she provided. I had called many, many apartment complexes and Maria and her warmth, quick response times, and interest in making sure I came to the right decision for me and my son absolutely shone through! There truly is no other apartment manager that can come close to Maria. She and I talked quite a bit which made me feel very comfortable with my son’s first apartment experience being at Mountain View Apartments. I felt that he would be at ease going to her with any questions or support because of her approachable and gracious style. If I am looking for an apartment again, the first person I’ll call is Maria.

We have live here for 2 years and all I can say this place is a very quiet, nice and close to everything. Maria and Tiffany are very helpful especially when we are in the process of moving. If we don’t have to move to a 3 bedroom, I will stay here. Thank you Maria and Tiffany for all the help. You guys are the best. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good and quiet place to live.

Iam Gloria Castro and have been here at Mountain View going on 4 Great years. This is the best apartment complex Zico lived at. The manager Maria Mondragon is very professional, well knowledged with everything that goes on here. She makes sure your taken care of in a timely manor. When she was recently away things were just not the same, this place did not run the same without her. We need great people like her. The grounds are kept up and love the water fall, very inviting. There were a few things that had to be done in my place and it was taken care of . Also Tiffany is the best too, always on top of things that have to be addressed, she’s on top of it. They both are the Best of the Best , so glad to be in a place like this. As long as Maria and Tiffany are here I will be here living.
