I wanted to share that since I have been a tenant (march 2018) here I have always had great communication with the personnel in the office. Alicia has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Jessica is the new manager here and she is trying her best to bring the complex back up to the greatest standards. Sonia always responds to emails promptly and communication is always there. They are very understanding and helpful. The office staff is friendly and communication is always kept (which is very important to me.) weather through email or phone calls. Keep up the good work! Update to come 2022.

I have just recently moved in December with my newborn and husband to these apartments and highly disappointed with the staff, maintenance just the apartments in general! Since we have moved in we have an infestation of roaches, they fall off the ceilings, crawl in our beds, get into our clothing etc. We have called and gone to the office plenty of times and they never seem to want to do anything about it. They’ve come once and just put some roach gel on the walls. They have made no effort in helping us. Also before we moved in we were told we would have a microwave in the apartment, moved in and we have an air vent told them that the air vent had roaches that come out of it. As a resident of this location for two years now - I would highly advise looking elsewhere. The apartment complex was below average but it was justified due to the affordable pricing & all bills paid. However it is not all bills paid anymore and the rent continues to increase with no improvements to the apartment itself. There are roaches, things are continuously falling apart - my microwave is a prime example of this. The door handle is completely broken off & when we put a work order in - all they did was use white glue on our black microwave to stick it back together instead of actually replacing it. Needless to say this "fix" did not last more than 2 weeks. The tubs and bathroom sinks are painted over with white paint to "look clean" & obviously eventually peels off. I can't even count
