Mountain Trail

Mountain trail is amazing. Eileen has made us feel so welcome everytime we see her in the leasing office. Kevin did an amazing job at fixing stuff in our apartment. I love how much they care about safety. They do cute events like bouquet day and raffles for best pet costumes. Ive never lived in a co.plex that cared so much about its residents. My fiance and I plan on being here for a long time. And if we ever have friends move up here, we are 100% recommending Mountain Trail ❤️

What can I say? I loved living here. Right off the Bat the management team, Ellianna & Eileen make the place feel warm and welcoming. I intended to stay for years, but because of school and other living situations I had to move but Ellianna and Eileen both went above and beyond to take care of me and make my move seamless. I not only had my own things/problems come up but Family emergencies as well but they were not only helpful but insightful to what they can do to help. Walking in I didn't feel like someone was just listening to me to listen to me, but actually heard. Any problems I address they made sure to get on top of and I heard back from them without delay. I honestly love living here! The office team is amazing! They’re always super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They really make you feel welcome and actually care about the people who live here. They also host fun events and things to do, which makes it even better and helps everyone feel more connected. The amenities are always clean and well kept, which I really appreciate. Everything feels taken care of. Maintenance is also super quick, anytime I’ve put in a request, they’ve handled it fast and done a great job. Overall, it’s just a great community to be part of. It feels comfortable and like home. I’m really glad I chose this place!

I moved in to Mountain Trail in August of 2025 when I moved to Flagstaff from across the county. After 6+ months of living in the community I will say that I am so glad I chose this community. Out of all the complexes I toured in the area, Mountain Trail has far and away the best units and amenities that are still affordable. Also, the leasing office and maintenance staff cannot be beat. Eileen's friendliness and honesty made me feel comfortable and confident in choosing Mountain Trail, and she and Ellie are incredibly helpful and considerate whenever a (very rare) issue or question comes up. As long as I rent in Flagstaff I see no reason to live anywhere other than Mountain Trail.

I lived at Mountain Trail for 5 years and was sad to leave when I moved out of Flagstaff. Ellie and the rest of the team were amazing. The complex is quiet, while still in walking distance to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend living at Mountain Trail apartments!
