Definitely not the safest I’ve had in my car broken into three times my motorcycle stolen neighbors apartment spoken into. I’ve stopped neighbors garage been broken into loud neighbors. Play bass that shakes entire building with garage is right underneath your bedroom. Management will say any claim to make is unsubstantiated even with video evidence. Worst place to live ever trashy ghetto loud. Do not move here save yourself.

Okay sooo lets start with the good to soften the blow lol. The maintenance guy Rafael is VERY helpful i recommend requesting him he will make sure everything is to your liking or at least close. he is very efficient and friendly. Big ups to him. Some staff are nice/chill and will greet you whenever you see them. others have an attitude which is like.. yk sometimes i get it but cmon. The restrooms by the pool are clean everytime i go in so thats super nice. The clubhouse is clean and very nice to just relax in there. the pools should be cleaned more often.. theres always bugs and im pretty sure i seen a lady clean her feet in the jacuzzi a while back.. so thats .. disgusting lol. now for the bad.. it always smells like weed. its disgusting and theres kids around ppl should be more mindful

YEAR 1: I think most reviews of these apartments are overly critical. I’ve had a great experience living here, and honestly have no complaints. Pricing is fair for the area, neighbors are quiet and friendly, living right next to the bike trail is great, and I enjoy watching the squirrels in the morning too so that’s a plus. YEAR 2: I’ve been here a little over a year now and my opinion has changed slightly. First, rent has gone up in price since I’ve been here. Supposedly that’ll keep happening each year. Bummer. There’s also a lot of activity that goes on around here at night. I’ve heard two shootings take place, (both within a week of each other), and witnessed one guy bleeding out in the liquor store behind the apartment complex after being shot. Not the best apartment complex. There’s never guest parking unless it’s the middle of the weekday where people are at work. There’s only 3 laundry rooms and people will leave clothes in the washer and dryer overnight or longer. The machines are always breaking and have mold in them. You have to load your laundry card in the office but they’re only open during certain times and days so you have to make sure you load it when they’re open. They don’t have a gate code to get in, you HAVE to use your gate key card and if you don’t have one or post it, then you have to wait for a car to either come out or someone come with a key to open the gate. Bums are constantly using the complex as a short cut from the liquor store to the park and they go through the dumpsters or sleep there. My motorcycle

Had a very nasty experience recently. The intent of this financial abuse is beyond belief. Very disappointing. Very disturbing. When through coy means you are constantly fleeced monetarily . Been hounded for ‘ ghost balance’ and “mysterious mistakes corrected later” “pounding down my door”, almost ripping off off the door ,violently, at every given opportunity, with varying ghost balances WOW!!! has left a sour taste in my mouth. I never saw this when moving in . I want to commend the maintenance team . Outstanding Performance . A great support staff with real concern. They are always willing to come ASAP
