Mountain Run Apartments

Don’t waste your $$$ at mountain run. It’s a nice area when it wants to be def NOT luxury. But they are scammers … The apartment size is decent, and we left it just how it was when we moved in but they decided to charge us for cleaning , I spent most of my days off cleaning that apartment so there’s no reason why we are being charged for cleaning fees + also we heard that you office people hire cleaning crews. the washer and dryers can be way better. We’ve heard and seen some questionable things/ people around , had our work truck broken into a few times, gunshots. (Ik it’s normalized there) but they will charge you a lot more fees when you decide to move out for good. We had lived in a 1bed1bath initially in 2023 then upgraded to a 2bed2bath in 2024, our fees and rent were so high. So ma

I just moved in and I’m loving it here! They were very quick to give me a tour, and all the office staff is very nice! Most of the apartments have been renovated and have really nice new appliances! In addition, I haven’t seen any bug problems or property maintenance problems! I feel very safe here with the property fence! This is a great place if you have dogs, too!

I thought that this place was gonna be a little bit better than most places. In Albuquerque, just because of the amount of money that you pay here, but in reality, you have nothing but lazy maintenance. Men who spend their day flirting with the women that live here. How hard is it to keep your walkaways clean? Very run down apartments here.

The property is okay, but I’ve seen a whole lot better.. The staff is nice, maintenance is nice, and people around the property, they overall keep to themselves or are friendly. The only reason for a poor rating is the overall upkeep of the property. I’ve lived here for some time and all I’ve seen is an increase of dog poop (which I have voiced myself on this) and not enough accountability to keep this in check (which is a huge health issue to other dogs, kids, and other individuals),and a few things broken/took forever to get fixed. With that, I just feel the lack to not keep the place clean and safe is on top of the priority and feels like the upkeep on the property is the least of the worries for the apartment complex .
