Mountain Ranch Apartments

I love living here! The staff is super sweet and quick to help you out. It’s quiet and the neighborhood isn’t loud. Cons- The hallways are literally so dark you’d think the grim reaper is creeping out to get you. Not joking. There’s also someone in my building that keeps leaving nasty mean notes around the halls so that’s cute.

While I have not moved in yet, I want to leave a review based on the help I received and the application process to live here. My best friend and I have been roommates for several years and decided we wanted to have our own places and we both loved these apartments after we toured them. We worked from the beginning with sunny, the assistant property manager. She was absolutely amazing. I know we had to drive her insane because we came back to the property several times and toured multiple different apartments. We called a lot and asked a lot of questions and sent a lot of emails. I’ve been living at Mountain Ranch Apartments in Fayetteville for a while now and it’s been an absolute pleasure! This community truly lives up to its resort lifestyle vibe, which is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills with scenic views that make every day feel special. The amenities here are top-notch and make life so much more enjoyable. There’s a gorgeous resort-style pool with a cabana, grills, and outdoor firepit which is perfect for relaxing. The 24-hour fitness center is bright, modern, and well-equipped with treadmills, weights, and much more. I’ve lived at Mountain Ranch for almost a year and a half and I have really enjoyed my time here. Maintenance request are handled promptly and management is responsive. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the grounds and hallways clean. As long time resident at Fayetteville, this is by far been my best rental experience

If I could give 0 stars I would and cannot wait for someone to respond to my review. For starters, parking is awful. If you go anywhere after the hours of 6 good luck trying to find any parking. Hallways are dark and not the best. They always smell like rotten garbage because people let their trash leak all over the halls, have no cameras. One of my friends even said it reminded them of the hallways from The Shining. But lets get into the real issue I had which was a BEES IN MY WALLS. When I first moved in late July 2025, I had noticed a good number of dead bees in my bedroom window and the floor by the window but they were dead and I looked past it.
