We stopped by today to do some property outreach and had the pleasure of meeting Artinces, the leasing consultant. She was absolutely awesome! Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. She took the time to listen, answer questions, and made the entire experience smooth and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her role and represents her community with excellence. Interactions like this are exactly why we enjoy being out in the field building real relationships. The entire staff at Mountain Park Ranch has been so incredible. From the moment I toured this complex the staff has been extremely helpful and provided me with tools and information to help my move go smoothly. They worked with me when applying and were super understanding and caring when things came up that caused me to have to push back my move. Their kindness and care played a huge factor in my decision to move here. Their maintenance team is so kind and quick with their work orders. I had minor concerns that were addressed immediately and corrected as soon as I moved in. My experience with this community has been nothing but extremely positive and I’m beyond grateful for the staff here.

February 16, 2026 For the price it fair. The two things I don't like are the "temporary water shut offs". This happens almost once every two months. Possibly once every month. My other thing that Really gets me is the STORED VEHICLE WITHOUT PROPER TAGS. THERE ARE CARS THAT HAVE TAKEN UP PARKING WITH EXPIRED TAGS. It's almost like it's allowed on this property. These vehicles should be TOWED AWAY. Most unit dwellers have one or two vehicles. Which is perfectly fine. But there's at least 3 vehicles I pass every workday with EXPIRED TAGS. One in particular has tags from September 2025 (it's February 2026: let that sink in). I have sent emails to the office. I guess it's not important enough. This apartment complex has been a great place to live. The property is well maintained, the common areas are clean, and the manager Natalie genuinely cares about residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were addressed promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s a safe, comfortable, and well-managed community that I would gladly recommend.

This apartment complex is amazing!! The move in process was pretty easy, and living here is fantastic. The grounds are maintained nicely. The apartment is right next to Sun Ray park, which is a treat. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, frisbee golf course, lots of wide open green grass, and even a couple of hills to climb that tie to other hills that lead you down Ray Road. This apartment is very close to restaurants and lots of grocery stores. They just put in a state of the art gym facility and it's beautiful. The complex has two pools and one has a hot tub too. The maintenance team (Henry and Joe) are very quick to respond to requests and do a fantastic job fixing all things around the apartment.
