Mickel took the time to clearly explain the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was respectful of the apartment, cleaned up after the job, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and dependable. I truly appreciate his excellent work and highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services at the property.

My boyfriend lives in this apartment complex, and it is one of the dirtiest apartment complexes I’ve ever seen. There are about two dumpsters for about 10 buildings and the trash is always overflowing. Both dumpsters are completely overflowing with excessive trash on the road. Second off, the building he lives in has a roach infestation. He constantly puts in tickets and peat control is sent but all they do is put down sticky traps. I walked into the kitchen this evening, and the kitchen sink was full of roaches. We take the trash out every night and keep the sink clean. That is completely unacceptable. We can’t even cook in the apartment because of the amount of roaches that we see daily. How is that sanitary? We see them in the living room, bathroom, dining room, and bedroom. I found one

I can’t believe I’m almost done with my lease in this apartment. I’ve lived here for almost two years — we’ve had a lot of challenges, including homeless issues they damage the main door and my storage room, took some belongings but we managed to get through it. Before, maintenance especially Manuel used to respond quickly, but now that my contract is almost ending, I reported a microwave issue and no one has come to fix it yet. I believe I still deserve maintenance service since my lease isn’t over. I really hope they handle the end of our contract fairly and return our deposit, as we’ve taken good care of the place and treated it like our home. I’ll update soon on how they handle tenants finishing their lease — and I still hope they fix its as my contact is not yet done
