Go elsewhere if you want maintenance to handle issues. These apartments are retched. If they have updated them, I hope they've hired maintenance who actually maintains instead of being rude, obnoxious, and blaming you for anything that breaks. If they've been updated, what about the dingy, dirty basement where the storage, washers & dryers are? Still looks like those are a hot mess.
