UPDATED REVIEW 03/03/2026 READ REVIEWS FRIST!!! They finally came and replaced the dishwasher in my unit, which I do appreciate. However, the larger issues with management and their system are still unresolved. A fee was incorrectly added to my account due to an error on the apartment’s behalf. That mistake caused a major inconvenience — my account was blocked, and I was unable to make payments online. Even after they admitted the error and removed the extra charges, my account remains blocked due to their lack of communication and ongoing system issues. Because of this, I am currently unable to pay my March rent online. I was referred to third-party partial payment apps like Flex, but my account restrictions won’t even allow partial payments. Instead, they expect me to go out of my way

New management is worse than before. Huge roach problem throughout complex. They only care about money and new leases; not about taking care of their current residents. Trash piles at the dumpster and doesn’t get picked up (maintenance even piles furniture/items there). They complete work orders as finished when they haven’t been touched or followed up on. I was in a unit that flooded with sewer water (their issue) and they left it sitting for a week before doing anything at all; then proceeded to leave me hanging for two months as black mold grew into my apartment. They forced me into another unit and told me I had thirty minutes to decide if I wanted a different unit they offered. The quick forced decision came with a huge roach problem. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend

Been living here for 3 years between the lack of maintenance efficiency, roach issues, towing issues, trash pile ups, etc I recommend you steer clear. I have called multiple times advising my heater is broken and each time I have been told I would get a call back. Jaime who I spoke to said this to my significant other as well. Here we are week 3 just about and now it’s 57 degrees in my apartment. Can’t wait to tell corporate about these unlivable conditions.

I've lived at Moss Landing for 3 years now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. In all that time, I’ve never had any issues, whether it’s maintenance, neighbors, or overall living conditions. The new management team here is simply amazing. They’ve made so many positive changes to the community and truly go above and beyond for all of us residents... They genuinely care about us, our homes, and our safety. It’s rare to find a place where management is this dedicated and responsive. I just renewed my lease because I can't imagine living anywhere else! If you're looking for a safe, well-maintained, and friendly place to live in San Antonio, I highly recommend Moss Landing. You won’t regret it!

I lived at Moss Landing for 30 years. During that time, I never made a late payment and was a responsible, quiet tenant. Unfortunately, the property has declined significantly over the years, and my move out experience confirmed that management is no longer operating with transparency or accountability. Property Condition & Safety: • The complex is 47 years old and has become increasingly run down due to minimal, inadequate maintenance. • I experienced two separate parking lot shootings, one of which sent a bullet through my door. • My apartment was broken into in August, and although maintenance repaired the door jamb, they never repaired the damaged door or frame during the remaining three months of my tenancy. • The entry and exit gates are almost always broken, allowing anyone to ente
