If I could give this company zero stars, i would. Contractors beware, do not work with these people. The Owner told me "once a business terminates our contract, we do not reach out to contractors to let them know" Take zero responsibilities for invoices. Trash company. Stay away

I have lived in the Arkansas Capital Commerce building in River Market for nearly a decade and I must tell you that I love living in this building. Even though I own my condo, the Maintenance team at Moses Tucker takes care of our units. Under the leadership of Alex Green, Cody and the awesome team of guys working together keep everything working in perfect order, any issue gets handled quickly, efficiently and professionally . Thanks guys for all that you do to keep us in working order.

Moses Tucker took over my apartments in maybe October of 2024 and it hasn’t been great. We have let them know multiple times about the terrible job that was done on our flooring that is now coming up making it a safety hazard for my then 1 yr old. Nothing has been done and my husband has had to put clear tape over all of the flooring that is coming up. My ceiling has been leaking water since January 2025 which is staining and is most likely molded. They have been told about this since January and done nothing. RIGHT NOW AT 8pm THERE ARE MEN BEATING ON THE ROOF TO CLOSE OFF THE CHIMNEYS. WITH ZERO NOTICE TO TENANTS TO MOVE THEIR CARS. ITS BEDTIME FOR MY CHILD AND ITS LOUD.

Read all text - I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience living in a Moses Tucker property. I lived with another property management, Downtown Dwellings, and they were wonderful. If you are looking in Little Rock, use them. The maintenance team at MT was always quick and friendly, but that was the only good part of my experience living with Moses Tucker. The place is cheaply built, cheaply maintained and contained cockroaches. Also, I got a wonderful opportunity for my life and my job in Montana. I had to break my lease to pursue this career move. I gave 6 weeks notice. The leasing manager wouldn't post the apartment anywhere besides the MT website and she refused to put my actual move-out date clear for people to see. She would only put the end of my lease which was in 2023, so p
