Not only is the property outstanding, but the staff Zee, Yuri, and Danyell in the front office are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond, helping with more than just rental matters. They regularly host events for residents, making sure we truly enjoy living here. The pool area is exquisite and top-notch. The clubhouse is just as impressive, featuring a pool table, pickleball, a coffee bar, and so much more. The maintenance team is exceptional as well. No matter the issue, it’s addressed immediately. My firsts weeks living in this beautiful complex! I must say that since we took the tour I fell in love with this apartment and the energy of this complex, Luz is great, she explained all apartment types available and made it easy for us to choose, thank you!!!! I have to say that the application process was an endless wait, and that the app they use to verify the documents, Vero, is a headache, but we finally moved in on the scheduled date! thank you Tiffany for the patience with the thousand calls and messages I made, you are a patient person , I know I can be very insistent, lol. Ones again, thank you ladies, is really appreciated to have you here. We choose top floor so I can’t talk about the noise problem, I hope I’m not being a headache for my downstairs neighbor 🥲.
