I have recently moved into the Mosaic. I'm thoroughly enjoying living there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I'm really enjoying my apartment and really enjoy working out in the gym.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! I had an amazing experience with Cheyenne touring the property. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel completely at home. She was warm, welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable (knows each unit inside and out) and took the time to answer every question with patience and genuine care. She truly loves what she does—and it shows! Her professionalism combined with her friendly, personal touch made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel valued from day one, this is it. Highly recommend!

I applied to Mosaic Dallas out of desperation, hoping to return to a place I once called home. I lived here for over four years, always paid my rent, and was even asked to renew my lease when I moved out. Fast forward two years later — I decided to overlook everything and give them another chance, even with my credit still being rebuilt. I was denied due to poor credit, which is fair. What’s NOT fair is the complete lack of professionalism I’ve received since then. It has now been two months, and they are STILL prolonging the return of my administration fee. Every time I call, I’m ignored, told “someone will call me back,” or given the runaround. No follow-up, no updates, nothing. Just excuses. Honestly, I was going to wait a bit of time to write a review based on how the new manager, Dennis was going to do. Before he got here, the place wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either. But ever since he’s been here everything seems to be better. The place smells good now, the employees are much nicer, communication is better and overall things are improving. I feel much better about having my guests over now. They’re also doing some upgrades around the place. I do wish they’d replace the carpet on my floor level soon but they did send an email that the product is heading towards the place. The maintenance guys are top notch too! Can’t wait for the pool to open.

Where does one start with this place? I toured this complex 4-5 times before making a final decision. It was all smoke and mirrors. On move-in day, after requesting the freight elevator, no one was in the office to give me my keys for over an hour. At that point in time, I only had 2 hours left for the freight. Once I receieved my keys, upon walking into my unit, it was a color scheme I did not choose (nor did I know there were options in the first place) I was told the one I toured multiple times, was the exact same one I was moving into. Nothing but lies. Fast forward a few months, I got to transfer into another unit. However, guess what? On move-in day, I couldn’t move in.
