Morty was awesome! I stumbled across their site while rate shopping and am so glad I did. They offered us the best deal (and I shopped around a lot). Their mortgage calculator tool was easy and useful. Their closing checklist was straightforward and very helpful. Their team was super responsive to all my emails. We went from the initial quote to closing in 29 days. I don’t know how they manage to be cheap, fast AND great but they were!

Morty's Advisor - Michael Huggins was very pleasant and transparent in providing the best possible rates when ever I checked with him. Talking to Michael was always a positive experience. I almost went with Morty's lender company but later ended up going with preferred lender after he revised his rate. Michael was happy to let me know that is a better option given the timeline crunch and the fluctuating rates we were dealing with , a month ago from writing of this review. I fully appreciate the level of integrity and support Morty offered throughout my "shopping" process. I will definitely reach out to them in future. Thank you for all the support on this!! I was checking in online for better mortgage rates and less discount points for an investment home. I contacted many mortgage lenders and got quotes from them. But Morty gave better prices among all the lenders and least discount points. Michael Huggins helped me in the process. He is very prompt professional and he listened all my options and explained me all the best available options to choose. And the process is completely online from start to end. There won’t be bundle of forms to fill but only the required. I recommend to give a try and I’m sure you will not regret. I’m not promoting them or not going to any benefit out of it, I only review the one I liked much or the more I hated.
