Nani is amazing, she's the reason why anyone would wanna live here. She is so welcoming and so knowledgeable of everything at this community. She went above and beyond as well as drew such as constant emails and phone calls. When you step in here you feel welcomed. It's clean all around and the fixtures are superb, a 10 for the prices you pay.

I am writing this review to inform prospective residents of my experience as a tenant at this apartment complex. I have endured various inconveniences over the past few years. Water Leaks & Structural Damage After heavy rain in October, severe water leakage occurred from my bedroom ceiling. Despite this being an emergency, management only applied superficial interior paint and left—without addressing the root cause. It is common sense that water intrusion requires proper waterproofing, not cosmetic fixes. Following another heavy rain in November, the leakage became significantly worse. The October issue was left unresolved, and the second incident caused even greater damage, which I was forced to endure. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after what happened, I have to speak up. Over the weekend, my A/C went out for 2.5 days — in Arizona. My apartment got well over 100°F inside. I reached out to the front office multiple times and was met with nothing but indifference. They eventually brought me a portable A/C, which only made things worse and wasn’t even properly sealed all the way. I had to put tape over the window just to keep some of the heat out. Also the A/C unit they brought blew my power out every 3-5 minutes. Sent them a video as well of that, they didn’t care you can’t live in Arizona without air conditioning. If i could post the videos on here i would. I ended up packing up my child and driving nearly an hour to stay at my parents’ house because the conditions were unsafe. I s

We recently moved in late May of this year. I cannot stress how understanding and responsive Drew and the whole office staff were. We needed a place quick and they delivered!! I've lived here for about 4 months with my girlfriend and we love how safe the complex feels no matter the hour. The location is so awesomely located near the mall and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I love this place.

Morrison Apartments formally coral point …I’ve lived here for a couple of months. Nothing works. This place is going steadily downhill since new management has taken over. They refused to help you with anything. It takes three months or more to get basic work orders done and they only get done when you threatened to go to the housing department.. ROACHES !! Morrison Apartments formally coral point Have been a truly terrible experience that is unfortunately not over !!’ the staff is incredibly rude!!! There’s a Latino man and a Blonde woman up there and they are both so Unhelpful and tremendously rude! Will be contacting corporate office about the staff.. Though I don’t expect much.
