Morris Crossing Apartments

I had a great experience working with Courtney in the leasing office and Danny C. in maintenance. I had work completed in my unit and the communication was clear and prompt from the start, and he showed up exactly when promised. The work was done carefully and professionally, with real attention to detail—not rushed or sloppy. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure everything was working properly before completing the job. It’s refreshing to find someone reliable, skilled, and respectful of your home. Morris Crossing has been a wonderful community to me and my family. Danny C, one of the handymen, is very accommodating and always willing to lend a hand whenever we needed it. Great location, highly recommend if you’re looking to move to the Morris area.

I lived at Morris Crossing for just shy of two years. The complex is quiet and clean with all of the residents being extremely friendly. I have to give a shout out to Courtney and Segal! They were very friendly, accommodating, and made sure my transition in and out of Morris Crossing was easy. Thank you both!

We’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The property is well maintained, and the community is quiet and welcoming. The property manager is outstanding—she’s always responsive and ensures that any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionally. We also appreciate the numerous walking areas for our dogs, which make the property both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this has been an excellent place to live, and we highly recommend it.
